When our office was updating our practice management system and looking at NextGen, I asked who they recommended for IT support. Without hesitation, NextGen recommended ISD, as did other people I knew. So, we started out with a comfort level that's just gotten stronger over time.

We looked at other systems when we were updating our phones, but they just didn't compare to ISDTelephony when it came to features and service. It's the after-install service that is most important, and ISD is right on it.

ISDWatch is great. I got a call from ISD at 6:00 a.m. one Monday morning to let me know one of our servers was down: I was able to get in to work early to fix the problem before the doors opened. Had I not received the call ahead of time, we wouldn't have been able to see patients the first hour that day.
